ABOUT ME

Meet Ashlynn Thomas – MPH, RDN, CSOWM

Ashlynn first became interested in nutrition in 2012. As a track and field athlete for Golden West College, she noticed that performance was hindered by frequent injuries and eventually linked these to poor nutrition as a newly independent college student. It further became obvious that autoimmune issues were involved, causing food intolerances and digestive problems.
She dedicated herself to learning about nutrition therapy to help heal herself and others from the inside out. In 2019, she graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. Immediately after, she completed a Master of Public Health and combined internship with the Veterans Administration Healthcare System in 2020. Professional experience in recent years had included outpatient nutrition and behavior counseling, with two years specifically dedicated to weight management
She is knowledgeable in nutrition therapy for chronic conditions (diabetes, obesity, hypertension, autoimmune disorders, GI conditions). She is dedicated to preventative healthcare and provides clients with the tools and confidence to achieve their goals.
